Photography Services

Artistry Photos provides professional photography services including but not limited to wedding, portrait, event, and commercial photography.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations within 30 days may result in forfeiture of deposit.

Image Rights and Usage

All photographs remain the property of Artistry Photos until full payment is received. We retain the right to use images for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Delivery Timeline

Edited images will be delivered within 2-4 weeks for standard sessions and 4-8 weeks for wedding photography, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.

Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control that may affect the photography session.
